EPIC SUNDAY BRUNCH

Delicious Sunday Munday Brunch to share with family or friends

 

EPIC Sunday Brunch, available from October to June, is all about using high-quality products in a gastronomic journey through the finest flavours of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. 

Sunday brunches at Flor de Lis are meant to be shared with family or friends and begin with a welcome cocktail at the entrance (sparkling wine for adults, mocktails for the little ones and flavoured waters).  

This is followed by a varied selection of bakery and pastries; starters, such as seafood from our coast; Mediterranean salads; national and international cheeses and cold meats, homemade jams and dried fruit. The main dishes alternate according to the seasonality of the products. There is also a showcooking programme for meat, fish, pasta, composed salads and sushi.   

Our desserts and petit fours are the stars, because they are made with seasonal vegetables and fruit, where authenticity and refinement are irresistibly intertwined. 

The children have a corner specially designed for them, with a buffet of mini pizzas, hamburgers, fish and chicken nuggets, soup, pasta and desserts. What's more, while parents enjoy the best brunch in Lisbon, children's entertainment is guaranteed, with educational games, painting, baking and cooking activities.

EPIC TEA JOURNEY

Flavours of the World

 

Embark on a luxurious journey to the best flavours in the world with our new Afternoon Tea. An authentic journey of discovery, with a stopover at small delicacies of Portuguese, Oriental, European and African inspiration. Come and enjoy this combination of pleasures elegantly served in the Scale Bar.

The menu includes, for example, the Mango Sticky Rice - rice pudding, coconut and mango, with an Asian influence; the Marble Cake - marble and creamy chocolate cake, from Portugal; from Europe, the Velvet Temptation - cream cheese mousse, raspberry, white chocolate and pistachio ganache; or the Fryssan, fried croissants with milk chocolate from São Tomé and mascarpone with vanilla from Madagascar. To accompany them, a selection of Ronnefeldt artisan teas and Espumante Rosé.
