We are proud to present our recently redesigned and modernized wide flexible Conference & Event center of 2,142 square meters, with 2 floors of 18 outstandingly versatile rooms, some with natural daylight, high ceilings, and with a capacity up to 1,800 attendees or guests.
The perfect place for all events including conferences, exhibitions, launch events, fashion shows, gala dinners, wedding receptions and other social and corporate events, but as well discreet spaces for smaller events, break-out rooms.
SUSTAINABLE MICE/GROUP PROGRAM
A5 paper notebooks and pencil are provided on a side table, available for attendees who prefer them, encouraging personal use of digital notebooks as a more environmentally friendly approach.
In the Meeting Rooms, we provide water stations with pitchers with organic flavours such as mint, cucumber, and citrus, (offering a sustainable alternative to individual bottles of water).
Our meeting rooms are designed with energy efficiency in mind, equipped with LED lighting, smart temperature controls, and motion-sensor lights to reduce energy consumption.
All our menus include vegetarian and vegan options, alongside a food waste control and reduction program.
We carefully manage meal quantities based on pre-event registrations to minimize food waste and adjust as needed to avoid excess. In the case of surpluses, we send them to Refood to help support families in need.
Our meeting rooms are designed with energy efficiency, equipped with LED lighting and intelligent temperature control. All A/C and lighting are turned off whenever rooms are not occupied to reduce consumption, AC are programmed according to occupancy. All doors to exterior areas are closed to avoid overheating, high consumption of energy and maintain efficiency
Placement of recycling bins with waste separation during coffee breaks and in other designated areas.
We use digital signage to reduce printing and protect the planet.

We can connect you with suppliers that offer eco-friendly signage made from recyclable or biodegradable materials.
We encourage the use of sustainable transportation options, including electric shuttles, shared transport, or public transit.
We can offer coffee breaks with local, seasonal, and more sustainably sourced products, as well as alternative beverages, promoting an authentic and environmentally responsible experience. Variety of plant-based drinks and food served upon request in all FB services
