Asian Restaurant | Seasonal
Meet our new conceptual asiatic restaurant & bar - UDDO, meaning WOOD in Japanese.
An elegant modern inspired Japanese atmosphere with natural light, designed by the Portuguese Architect and Interior Designer, Nuno Rodrigues.
Exuding a sense of serenity and comfort, from the selection and design of the wood furniture, the details of the ceiling around the columns, the large cosy seats, down to the diverse moods of the space. The lively open kitchen concept, behind the imposing marble bar counter, for food and cocktails preparation, recalls the spirit of the Izakayas.
Our Chef - Sushi man, António Mano proposes a modern Japanese Izakaya concept, a fusion between the authentic Japanese techniques of preparation and the flavours of fresh local fish, for the pleasure of the delicate palate of genuine lovers or adventurers of exotic flavours. Indulge his delicate signature dishes accompanied by a fine collection of Japanese Sakes, Shochu and Wiskeys, and a special selection of signature cocktails inspired by the Japanese flavours.

The Italian Restaurant LIMA “Cucina & Cocktails” – from EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel – is a familiar restaurant which combines Italian traditional flavours of an authentic trattoria with fresh local ingredients. Located in the secluded residential area of the resort, overlooking the luxurious natural pine forest and gardens with the outdoor pool, this authentic and soulful restaurant concept, has been designed by the architect and interior designer, Nuno Rodrigues.
LIMA is a seasonal restaurant with Executive Chef Luís Mourão’s Signature - A creative and modern cuisine without losing the Italian heritage. From mastering the daily production of fresh pasta in the dining room kitchen to combining the finest Italian ingredients, as the Burrata I.G.P shipped directly from the renowned Andria town in Italy, with the freshest Portuguese ingredients from our coast, to bring to life dishes such as the exceptional scarlet prawn risotto or the incredible lobster velouté!

At the feet of the majestic stairs in the main building of the Resort, you will discover, in a soothing white atmosphere, an elegant trendy space - the charming ABYAD Buffet Restaurant.
Designed to give a sense of welcoming from breakfast to dinner time, with the diverse setting moods, from the stylish inside covered space to the breezy pergola for warmer days.
The ABYAD familiar restaurant showcases an international comfort cuisine boosted by the seasonal local sea and in-land products, offering our Guests diversity in their meals, following the four seasons and their corresponding products. Always valuing and favouring the quality and the freshness of the products.
Whether you are starting your day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast —we recommend the incredible pancakes with local honeycomb—, or enjoying a dinner served à la carte or in buffet style, don’t miss the amazing grilled meat and fish show cooking in the pleasant evenings!

Nestled in-between the luxurious pine forest and gardens in one side, and the main pool of the Resort in the other, the OPEN DECK restaurant-bar and terrace opens for the summertime, to offer, in a cozy and entertaining atmosphere, a day menu with healthier food options and fresh juice list, as well as salads, snacks. And at dinner time, in a charming soft ambience, an exclusive traditional Portuguese culinary experience - grilled fish and meat, from the fresh catches and cut of the day, served with local bio vegetables among other traditional side dishes.
After a lazy day at the pool, swimming or sunbathing on a comfortable pool lounge chair, with your preferred magazine or book and sipping your favorite cocktails or fresh juices, join us at the OPEN DECK restaurant for a casual delightful Portuguese experience, with a romantic vibe by the lit pool.
