The open kitchen adds a unique sensory dimension: each dish comes to life before your eyes, transforming every meal into a show where flavour meets the art of cooking.
Chef Renato Bonfim's menu combines striking starters, excellent aged meats such as porterhouse or chuletón, and desserts that balance comfort, tradition and elegance, such as Abade de Priscos with raspberry sorbet or vanilla crème brûlée.
To accompany your meal, a carefully selected wine list and signature cocktails designed to pair with every moment complete a memorable gastronomic experience.
