Afternoon Tea
Celebrate summer with an Afternoon Tea experience inspired by the most exquisite flavors of the season. The new edition combines creativity, elegance and high pastry techniques. An invitation to savor the Portuguese summer with refinement and a touch of freshness.
Among the creations on the menu are the Basil pannacotta with passion fruit from the Azores and red berries, and the Fundão cherry mousse with gold chocolate ganache montée and yuzu. The Gateau de voyage lemon and lime fondant brings a citrusy and refreshing side. The fried croissants reveal surprising fillings, such as chocolate from São Tomé or mascarpone and vanilla from Madagascar. The journey continues with two types of sushi rolls - one vegetarian and the other with fresh fish.
To accompany it, a selection of Ronnefeldt artisan teas and Sparkling Rosé.
