SANA Hotels Academy

SANA Hotels Academy has been successfully providing professional training, refined learning, raising skill levels and empowering SANA Hotel teams, since its inception, in 2009. 

SANA Hotels Academy is a space teams interact with all components of the future learning and training, sharing knowledge and developing new skills, as well as refresher and continuous development courses to ensure that the SANA teams are at the forefront of service and evolution.

We believe that our greatest asset are our people and that our success is due to the great teams that we have working alongside us focused and driven to exceed customer expectations on every occasion.

SANA Hotels Academy’s main principles:

      Team Academia, SANA Hotels academy has a group of internal Directors and Heads of Department along with external Trainers who possess broad operational experience in their areas of involvement, and have proven training skills as well as holding relevant training certificates.  (CAP – Certificate of Professional Aptitude).

      This Team ensures that the Quality of the Training given, the transfer of learning for the Trainees. Excellence, Professionalism, Effort and Consistency are the daily Challenges of our entire team.

ENGIÁRIA is accredited by DGERT – Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations, as a Training Body.

    • Agência Nacional para a Qualificação and IEFP: A Cooperation Protocol allowing the validation of our teams’ skills and identifying the training requirements for Year 9 and Year 12 schooling levels.

      This platform will be available via the Internet and may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
